Quick Summary: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund. Used tattoos cannot be returned.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Damaged product: The tattoo sheet arrived torn, crumpled, or otherwise damaged during shipping.
- Incorrect product: You received a different design, size, or quantity than what you ordered.
- Printing defect: The tattoo has visible printing errors, smudges, or quality issues that were not present in the product listing.
- Missing items: Your order is incomplete or items are missing from the package.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- The tattoo has been applied or used.
- The product packaging has been opened and the tattoo sheet has been removed (unless the product is defective).
- The request is made more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Dissatisfaction with the tattoo's appearance on skin due to individual skin type, application technique, or aftercare.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Custom orders that have been approved and entered production.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or replacement request:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Email us at hello@reddyztatto.shop or use our Contact Form.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Replacement: We will ship a replacement product at no additional cost. Delivery timelines apply as per our standard shipping policy.
- Refund: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unopened, unused products within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging. Exchange requests are subject to product availability. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
6. Custom Orders
Custom tattoo orders follow a different refund process:
- Before design approval: Full refund available.
- After design approval but before production: 50% refund.
- After production has begun: No refund available.
- If the delivered custom product does not match the approved design, a full replacement will be provided.
7. Bulk Orders
Bulk orders (10+ units) are subject to a separate refund policy that will be communicated at the time of order placement. Please contact us for bulk order terms.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible and the standard refund policy applies.
